Mr. Richmond took over the role of President & CEO of Vancouver Airport Authority on July 2, 2013. He oversees the effective operation and strategic vision for the future of YVR.
In 2013, YVR saw 17,970,000 people enter the airport, facilitating more than 296,000 take-offs and landings, and handling 228,300 tonnes of cargo. Canada's second-busiest airport employs more than 24,000 people and is a key economic generator for British Columbia.
